Client Services Manager – LHK Financial – Dublin office

LHK Financial, Rosemount House, Dundrum Road, Co. Dublin 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver a high standard of service, administration and compliance.
  • Team recruitment, training and development.
  • Ensure full compliance of the advice and services processed by the team in line with Central Bank requirements.  Identifying risk and/or opportunities to improve individual practices across the life and pensions business.
  • Manage a portfolio of insured group pension and risk schemes, personal and executive pension plans, Approved Retirement Funds and individual protection policies.
  • Daily support to Director in relation to management of existing client base and managing new business cases from referral stage to payment of commission/fees.
  • Oversee the compiling of cash receipts and monthly management reports for management information purposes.
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on business written, pipeline and cash position.
  • Attend meetings in a support role to the consultants and provide support to Director on a daily basis.
  • Regular communication with clients over phone and email and attendance at client meetings as required.
  • Work on ad-hoc business development projects as required.


  • QFA and AIIPM qualified with at least 10 years’ experience in the life and pensions discipline. 
  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and proven track record to provide a high level of client service.
  • Ability to manage your own time efficiently and effectively.
  • Good presentation skills and confident speaking at meetings.
  • Ability to problem solve and follow queries through to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Willingness to develop technical knowledge and skills and desire to undertake appropriate study.
  • Motivation to develop within the organisation.
  • Experience in a regulated financial planning business would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
