We’re incredibly proud to share that LHK Group has received Bronze for Best In-House Marketing & Communications Team at the Eir Business Chamber Awards 2026.
This award is a real reflection of the work that has gone in behind the scenes over the past number of years — and the focus the marketing team has placed on building a stronger, more modern LHK brand.
While the recognition sits with marketing, it also speaks to the wider business and how we communicate with our clients every day.
Building a more modern LHK
Over the past few years, we have put a focus on how LHK appears to clients; making things clearer, more accessible, and easier for clients to navigate.
From our website and client communications to our digital channels, we have worked hard to create a more consistent, modern feel across everything we do.
That progress has been driven by our in-house marketing function, led by Marketing Lead Rebecca Sheil, working closely with teams across the business to support growth and keep everything aligned.
Keeping the client experience front and centre
As LHK continues to grow across insurance, pensions, employee benefits and mortgages, keeping things clear and connected becomes even more important.
Good communication is about making it easy for clients to understand their options, know what to expect, and feel confident in the advice they’re getting from our advisory team.
It’s something the marketing team has put a strong focus on, and something every team across LHK contributes to day-to-day.
A shared effort
While the marketing team led the work that earned this award, it reflects a consistent approach across the business.
Everyone plays a part in how LHK is experienced, from first enquiry right through to long-term client relationships.
Looking ahead
We are so proud of the recognition, but the focus is very much on what’s next.
We’ll keep building on this, continuing to evolve how we communicate, how we present ourselves, and how we support clients, with the aim of making LHK a brand people truly recognise, understand and trust.
