Ruth joined the business in October 2022 as Head of Compliance and is responsible for the oversight and management of compliance and regulatory risk within LHK Group. Ruth has over 20 years’ experience in the industry across both life and general insurance. After completing her undergraduate studies in Business Studies at Trinity College Dublin, Ruth spent over a decade working with corporate pension and investment clients. Ruth went on to achieve LCOI, CIM and QFA accreditations and is an expert in compliance and the insurance industry regulatory landscape. Ruth has held numerous senior roles within Zurich Life Assurance, Berkshire Hathaway, and The Stuart Insurance Group
David joined the LHK commercial team in early 2022 having worked in all areas of general broking since 1980. For the past 20 years he has been a Commercial Account Executive with responsibility for servicing a wide variety of clients in the commercial sector. David is CIP qualified and has a Diploma in Business Management from the National College of Ireland.
Marie Therese joined the Retail & Personal Insurance team in Richardson Insurance Solutions DAC in 2017 as a business development executive. She has over 20 years’ experience working in General Insurance.
Eric is Commercial Technical Director at Richardson Insurance Solutions. He has 25 years’ experience in the industry, having worked in large Irish brokerages. He brings a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise where he arranges complex insurance solutions for our clients.
With over 20 years’ experience in insurance broking, Cathriona joined Richardson Insurance Solutions in 2016. She has specific expertise in many business sectors including construction, engineering, hospitality and manufacturing to name but a few. Cathriona attained her MDI qualification in 2022.
Ronan joined the business in September 2022. Having acted as a trusted advised to a variety of corporate clients for over 30 years, Ronan has held a number of executive roles with FBD Brokers, JLT Ireland and most recently in his the role as Senior Vice President of the Food and Agri Practice in Marsh Insurance Brokers. He has extensive experience in providing advice in areas such as Business Continuity, Optimal Risk Transfer Analysis and Risk Management, combined with a solid reputation in working with Insurers built on trust and a fair negotiation style that respects mutually beneficial outcomes. Ronan’s experience and expertise will further enhance our service offering to our clients.
Joe began his career in the insurance industry with Chill Insurance in 2017 and joined the Personal Lines team in LHK Kelleher Insurance in October 2020. He is currently working towards his CIP qualification and joined the Commercial Lines team in an administrative capacity from January 2023.
Aisling Lyons is Client Services Manager within LHK Financial with responsibility for the daily management of the team and a range of group pension and risk schemes across many sectors. Aisling joined LHK Financial in 2022 with a number of years of industry experience, garnered through her time with Aon, Mercer and Irish Life.
Aisling holds the Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation and the Retirement Planning Advisor (RPA) designation. She also has the QQI certificate from the Project Management Institute.
Chantelle joined LHK Group in May 2022 with over 17 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Chantelle started her insurance career with Liberty Insurance in 2004 where she handled motor and liability claims. In 2008 she joined PJT insurance as a Claims Supervisor handling property and liability claims. Most recently Chantelle was a Property Loss Adjuster for 9 years in Sedgwick handling domestic, commercial, farming and third-party liability claims. Chantelle attained her CIP qualification in October 2010.
Linda joined the LHK Commercial Team in November 2021 shortly after she returned home to Ireland, after having spent over 8 years in Canada working with Aon as an Associate Account Executive in the Construction Services Group. Alongside her insurance qualifications, Linda holds a Diploma in Sports Management from UCD and has a history of sporting success, having played hockey for Ireland at an international level.
Daniel joined the LHK commercial team in May 2018 having begun his career in the insurance industry with Chill Insurance in September 2015. After a brief time working in the Personal lines department in Chill Insurance he was promoted to SME account executive, responsible for a large range of clients in this sector. Daniel was awarded with the Management Diploma in Insurance (MDI) in 2021.

Alison joined the LHK commercial team in January 2007 having commenced her career in the insurance industry with Maiden and Company in July 2002. Alison works on the Commercial Team dealing with a wide range of commercial clients and has vast experience in the Commercial Insurance sector dealing with Liability, Schools Insurance, Charity and Church Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Graham joined the Dublin Personal Lines team in January 2023 and has 13 years’ experience in the industry, having started his career with the AA Ireland. Graham is CIP qualified.
Rachel commenced her insurance career with the Personal Lines team in January 2019. She successfully completed the 3 year Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship programme in 2022 graduating with a BA degree in Insurance Practice from ATU Sligo. Rachel was one of the nominees in the inaugural national Apprentice of the Year awards in October 2022 and currently works alongside the Dublin Commercial Lines team in an administrative capacity.
Ceri commenced her insurance career with the Personal Lines team in our Dublin office in July 2021. Ceri holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from NUI Galway and a Bachelor of Business Studies Diploma in International Hotel Management from Shannon College of Hotel Management. She attained her APA accreditation in October 2022.
Tracy commenced her insurance career with the Personal Lines team in our Drogheda office in July 2021. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Maynooth University and attained her APA insurance accreditation in October 2022.
Terri joined Richardson Insurance Solutions DAC in November 2019 as an Accounts Assistant/ Administrator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is currently working toward achieving her QFA qualification.
Megan Joined the Commercial Team in 2019 and has progressed to her current role as Commercial Account Executive. Having worked within different sectors of the Insurance Industry, Megan ensures all clients experience first class service and insurance covers alike. Megan is CIP qualified with the aim to progressing within the Insurance Industry to becoming ACII qualified.
Janice is our Office and Accounts Manager. She joined the Richardson Insurance Solutions DAC team in 2006. Throughout her career Janice has worked in Commercial, Personal Lines and Accounts Departments and has a wide range of experience.
Eugene joined Richardson Insurance Solutions DAC in October 2012 as CEO. He is a Qualified Financial Adviser, an Approved Product Adviser and a Fellow of the Sales Institute of Ireland. He holds a Masters in Leadership and Innovation.
Sinead joined LHK in January 2022 as Business Development Executive and is responsible for the development of commercial new business with a strong focus on Credit Insurance. A law and business graduate, Sinead has worked for one of Irelands leading Credit Insurance company’s for 14 years. Sinead’s approach is about offering advice and best practice guidance on all the aspects of the credit management process including credit risk analysis, credit management best practice and debt collection. Her unique level of expertise means she is well placed to develop the credit insurance offering for our existing and new business clients.
Ros Scally brings over 20 years’ experience to her position as Group Operations Director, and in that time she has held various sales, and operational management roles in the food and retail sectors. Starting her career in Northern Ireland on Kerry Group’s sales graduate programme, she later progressed to join the Arcadia Group and Brown Thomas Ltd where she worked in various senior management positions in both Ireland and the UK. Ros joined LHK Group in 2015, taking responsibility for a wide range of operational areas including information technology, financial management, digitisation, human resource planning, marketing and regulatory governance. She is a highly competent professional and has greatly contributed to the healthy high-performance work culture and success of the business over the past number of years.
Ros holds a BESS undergraduate degree from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters of Business degree in Management Consultancy from The Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin.
She was appointed to the Board in April 2022.
Keith joined LHK’s commercial team in 2016 to grow and develop the sports and contingency side of the business. Following a successful career in Line up Sports Media, where Keith acted for Ireland’s top athletes and international brands, Keith joined IRUPA (Irish Rugby Union Players’ Association) in 2013. Keith’s role in IRUPA was the creation, coordination, and execution of the IRUPA Events as well as the negotiation and activation of external partners and sponsors. Keith attained the Management Diploma in Insurance (MDI) in 2021 and combines this insurance knowledge with his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Practice and Sports & Exercise to develop LHK’s sports related portfolio of business, alongside additional commercial opportunities.
Padraig joined LHK Insurance in January 2018. Padraig has extensive experience in Commercial Insurance with a broad knowledge within the areas of Technology and Marine/Haulage. Padraig is currently working towards his CIP Qualification.
Michael joined the Drogheda Personal Lines Team in October 2017. Michael started his career in insurance in 2014 with Chill Insurance and later completed his APA qualification in Personal and Commercial General Insurance in June 2016. He joined the Commercial team in February 2020 and is currently working towards his CIP Qualification.
Stephen joined LHK in 2016. Stephen’s responsibility is to lead the organic growth and development of the LHK Group, whilst managing the Drogheda business on a day to day basis. In addition, Stephen continues to directly manage many of LHK’s longstanding clients.
Prior to joining LHK Insurance Stephen was CEO of McGivern Flynn Insurance Brokers, where he had grown and developed the business, while still personally handling a large portfolio of mid to large corporate clients. With over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Stephen is well known having held a number of senior broking, underwriting and business development roles at Zurich, AIG and Fingal Insurance Brokers.
Tom joined LHK in May 2021 as a Business Development Executive and is responsible for the development of the commercial and corporate account. With a career spanning both underwriting and corporate broking, most recently with Marsh, Tom is an experienced practitioner and advisor. His technical expertise and well-established insurer relationships enable him to deliver the best possible outcomes for his clients. Tom is CIP qualified and holds a BA from UCD. A Wexford native, he has strong agricultural roots with notable experience placing risks for clients in the Food and Agri sector. His expertise also includes advising clients in the Construction, Charity / Non – Profit, Leisure and Professional services sectors.
Ian started his insurance career in 2016 with AA insurance working in the personal lines team where he gained his APA. He joined LHK from Campion Insurance in June 2021 with experience in personal and commercial lines, and is responsible for servicing our Drogheda SME clients. Ian is CIP qualified.
Robbie joined the LHK commercial team in June 2021 having worked in the Insurance Industry since 2009. He has worked across personal lines, non-standard personal lines, and SME commercial on both an executive and supervisory level for 123.ie and Chill insurance. Robbie is CIP qualified and plans to continue his education in 2022.
Gillian joined Kelleher Insurance in 2001 after having started her career in Zurich Insurance. Gillian has extensive experience in Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance having developed a broad knowledge within the areas of Food & Beverage, Bridgestone scheme and more recently Solicitors Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Gillian’s efficiency, relationship management and negotiation skills make her a valuable asset to our clients.
Colm is a Chartered Insurance Broker and Managing Director of LHK Group. Upon graduating from university with a degree in Insurance Studies and a masters qualification in Risk Management, Colm went to work with Aon London in their Global Risks division, advising multinational clients on their insurance placements. Colm was a Strategic Account Broker and Director of the Global Risks division when he decided to return to Ireland at the end of 2007. Colm has succeeded in growing the LHK business and developed the client profile utilising his experience to advise domestically based commercial and corporate clients.
In addition to his expertise in implementing, redesigning and the winding up of pension and insurance arrangements, Conail has significant experience in providing financial advice relating to pre and post retirement strategies, business insurance, life assurance, disability, critical illness, lump sum investment and inheritance tax.
Conail is a Qualified Financial Advisor and holds a Joint Financial Services Diploma as well as a Diploma in Retirement Planning Advice. He is a fellow of the Life Insurance Association of Ireland, a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants in Ireland and an associate of the Irish Institute of Pension Managers. He recently completed the IIPM Law and Governance Programme for Trustees.
In addition to being a Qualified Financial Advisor, Conail is also a Revenue approved Pensioneer Trustee with specialist knowledge in the area of pension law and pension administration.
