Core Role Objective
A highly motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Sales Support to support the end-to-end mortgage process. This role involves managing documentation, liasing with lenders, solicitors and clients to ensure all cases progress smoothly from application to drawdown.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process and track mortgage applications.
- Conduct document checks.
- Manage lender portal submissions were necessary and respond to underwriting queries.
- Maintain accurate records in the Credit Logic CRM system.
- Liaise with clients to collect outstanding documentation and provide updates.
- Coordinate communications with solicitors, valuers and lenders.
- Manage the administration for clients throughout the mortgage process.
- Support Mortgage Advisors with case preparation and pipeline management.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements in all aspects of day-to-day work and to the business ethics of the company.

Necessary Skills / Qualifications

- QFA qualification.
- 1 year mortgage administration experience working within a broker environment.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor.
- Ability to oversee the full mortgage process and work under pressure.
- Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Process driven with excellent follow-up ability.
- Compliant with CPD requirements.
