In 2020 following a detailed tendering process, The Wheel appointed LHK Financial as its independent pension advisers. Since then the experience has been excellent – all of the things that were missing prior to LHK being involved improved enormously – a staff session to advise and update all pension members, individual one-to-one consultations with staff on their own particular situations and quick responses to any other queries from The Wheel or the pension providers. The provision of independent advisory services is a critical part of any organisation’s pension or investment strategy and one has to feel and believe one is getting the best impartial advice possible – we definitely feel this with LHK and look forward to working with them in the future.
